Construction and shop drawing review and approval, tracking the construction schedule, zoning signage review and approval, construction inspections and reporting, answering RFIs, general contractor, franchisee and franchisee architect communications and coordination, vendor communications and coordination, lease review, landlord/development communications and coordination, completion of punch list, project close out and restaurant opening.

October 2004 to August 2007: Construction Project Manager with Cosi Inc. (Fast casual restaurants), Deerfield, IL.
