I have over 28 years of real estate experience and my diverse background includes working with a variety of project types throughout the U.S.A., including commercial, retail,office, residential, and land investments. I have held senior executive positions with major developers from across the country.

Project Management ;for Large mixed use developments, Responsibilities included acquisition, entitlements, construction, leasing and sales.

Division Manager; for Single family, and multi family residential communities. Responsible for new homes sales, and marketing.

President; of a Land development and homebuilding company. As chief executive officer charged with the acquisition of residential land, for the purpose of planning and developing six new home residential communities. Built and sold over 2000 semi custom homes during this period.

Program Director of Deployment; for major telecommunications providers throughout the USA responsible for acquiring cellular tower sites, the leasing of the sites, rf engineering, and construction of the cell towers sites. for various clients including; Bell South, Nextel, Sprint Wireless, Cellular South, Next Wave Telecom, Cingular Wireless, and AT&T Wireless.

Director of Site Acquisition and Development; Commercial Real Estate representing several major shopping center, and retail store developers. Responsible for site acquisition, site approvals, oversee design and building of strip plazas for management and investors, and for build to suit contracts with retail giants.
