Projects
Quail Crossing Shopping Center, Wake Forest, NC. Performed flood study for Smith Creek to access impacts of fill on the 100 year flood plain, converted existing HEC-2 model to HEC-RAS, updated model based on highway relocation, and added cross sections. Modeled storm drain flows for pipe sizing. Computed cross sections and grading for road widening plan. Designed City of Raleigh Sanitary Sewer.
Stonehouse, James City County, VA. Designed Culverts for Stonehouse Parkway with drainage areas from 3 acres to 4 square miles. Provided cost estimate for large culvert in lieu of a bridge.
Long Leaf Mall Shopping Center, Wilmington, NC. Computed fire flow analysis for new services on existing water system. Produced NCDENR Permitting for water and Sanitary Sewer.
Sea Wynde Plantation Phase II, Shallotte, NC. Designed street profiles, storm drainage and erosion control for this coastal subdivision. Performed water system analysis.
Ashton Hall Subdivision, Durham, NC. Performed flood study of non regulatory stream. Designed water system and Performed fire flow analysis for 10 phase, 330 lot subdivision. Designed storm drain collection system. Designed street profiles. Produced grading plans, road widening plans and NCDOT permitting. Visited site for CA and As Built Certification. Produced cost opinion and Engineering as built drawings.
Beckwith Amenity Center, Apex, NC. Produced grading and utility plans for this multi subdivision recreation center for Toll Brothers.
FedEx Ground, Durham, NC. Designed 3 Extended Dry Detention Basins. Designed waterlines/firelines, including watercad model, and road widening plan. Inspected BMPs.
New Residence Hall for Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC. Prepared Engineering plans for water, sewer, grading, drainage, sediment & erosion control and road widening.
The Peninsula at Amberly PUD, Cary, NC. Inspected BMPs. Drew offsite waterline plan and profile.
