COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Coordinated a $40 million development project encompassing an 18-hole championship golf course, a 20,000 square foot Class A clubhouse, and roads, infrastructure, and utilities to serve 53 residential lots. Also managed a $15 million development project that included an 18-hole public golf course, clubhouse, and all site work and utilities on former landfill adjacent to Oakland International Airport.
Represented developers in eight Northern California County Planning Commission hearings and City Council meetings to secure all preliminary and final land development approvals including: General Plan Amendments, subdivision Plan Approvals, Development Approvals, Zone Changes, Annexations, Final Maps, and Design. Also secured approval for multiple projects through the California Department of Real Estate.
Implemented land use entitlement requirements and ensured compliance with conditions established by cities, State, and Federal approvals to develop and file final subdivision maps.
