Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the owner
Project size was $70 million 35 acre luxury hotel resort expansion. Lead & direct efforts to develop, track & manage multiple, high-risk large scale new construction & capital projects and was accountable for all project management responsibilities in the concept, design and delivery of projects. All required aggressive expectations, considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Managing all aspects of the project over the entire project life. Cradle to grave concept.
Projects included new guestrooms, new lobby building, new condominiums and many architectural cosmetic upgrades over a 35 acre resort. Golf course & landscape projects. Complex relocations of underground utility services, state flood control and site easements.
Developed budgets, scope, specifications, schedules, detailed planning, selected design & construction teams including superintendent management. Responsibilities: Lead Western Regional Facilities and Capital Expenditures Project Services
Project size was $80 million in complex capital projects at 6 large resort hotels. This responsibility included 9 golf courses.
