SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE Levitt and Sons, Jacksonville, FL2007 to 2008 Recruited as the go to executive to turnaround a troubled region. Led a 25-member cross-functional team with P&L for $75M in revenue. Positioned the region as the most successful in the company and earned recognition for having the best-run organization across all corporate operations in just 6 months. Took on oversight for 6 salespeople. In 60 days, closed 46 contracts compared to only 2 sales during the prior 6 months. Drove a 50% swing in revenue in the midst of rampant industry decline and subsequent Chapter 11announcement. Led in-depth market evaluation and comparative analysis of pricing structures. Changed base rates and options/upgrades, which increased overall sales 50% and options revenue 11% while appealing to customer price points. Re-established credible relationships, increasing customer satisfaction 50%. Partnered with corporate development in market studies to determine the financial and market viability of opportunities in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine markets.

Defined the operating structure and staffing models, which encompassed a 45-person regional services operation, as well as field-based sales, marketing and customer service. In recognition for market success, promoted to turn around and revitalize troubled division. Held full P&L oversight for $10M+ in annual revenue and 28 people. Reported to the Region President.
Played a lead role in the highly successful start-up of a new line of business, and turnaround an under-performing operation in an uncertain industry/economic climate. Transformed a failing division into one of the best performing operations company-wide Achieved record sales of $10M+ annually, drove operating margins up 10% and increased customer satisfaction 20%. Grew region from start-up to $50M annually and producing the 2nd highest revenue, profit, operating margin and return on assets results, 2nd only to the Midwest region, which had a much larger geographic footprint.
