Construction consultant and Project Management Services
Provided preconstruction services in the land development and commercial projects. Review preliminary plans for construction feasibility and pricing assumptions. Assist in LEED compliance regulations and alterative solutions. Point person on focus group meetings with owners team through the project develop. Develop project time schedule including realistic activity sequences durations, allocation of labor and materials. Review plans, specification, published reports and logistical impact on building cost.

Update hard and soft cost budgets and evaluate areas in need of value engineer. Determine size, location, and functionality of property to achieve the most profitable use. Coordinate, draft and submit projected budget and coordinate monthly project review and issue memo. Examine bids and award contracts, and obtain grading and building permits. Follow up on conditions of approval in the developement agreement and design logistical layout for development.


Review conditions of approval in the development agreement and create responsibility matrix. Manage the City requirements for temporary occupancy through the public agencies and local building officials. Point person in the Green Build compliance through the City and State agencies as part of the development agreement conditions.
