Echelon Resort and Casino project, actual construction value of $8,000,000,000, built on an 85-acre site, two million cubic yard site excavation, and off haul. A 5,000 room luxury hotel (five 800 high poured in place concrete towers), 400,000 square foot casino, 800,000 square foot meeting center, 400,000 square foot retail shopping mall, and 27 specialty restaurants. Also included are: Five health spas, top of Podium 6 acre pool deck, two performing arts theaters (a 4,400 seat, and a 2,200 seat), 24,000 square foot skylight, and atrium, 5 -8 story concrete parking structures, roadway, and underground tunnel construction.
Central Energy Plant, a construction value of $325,000,000, a 34Kv Electrical Generation, diesel, and natural gas electrical generators, Photovoltaic utility intertie system to generate solar power, 48 diameter hot, & chilled hydronic lines.
Shangri La Hotel, a construction value of $565,000,000, a 550 room luxury Hotel located in Las Vegas
Served as the principal representative to the Owner, and provided day-to-day administration, and oversight for the three projects.
