For the past 13 years had the pleasure of working for Intrawest Corporation, a world leader in the development of premier master-planned, destination resorts across the United States, Canada and Europe. During this dynamic time period held the following senior positions with Intrawest. During this period worked out of Vancouver, Salt Lake,
Sandestin and Orlando Intrawest offices.
Vice President of Development
Responsible for all aspects of planning, design and delivery of Intrawest master-planned ski, golf and beach destination resorts. This includes, The Village at Squaw Valley, Lake Tahoe, CA, The Village at Solitude, Salt Lake City, UT, The Village at Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Fl., and The Village of Imagine, The Westin Grand Imagine Hotel, Orlando, Fl.
Overall responsibility for the management, motivation and success of the project team including all development managers, construction managers, consultants and customer service representatives.
Overall responsibility to deliver all corporate financial reporting requirements on a monthly basis to head office management team.
Overall responsibility to keep all members of any partnership team fully informed on the status of the project on a monthly basis.
Overall responsibility to work with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure a successful sales program.
Oversee the all legal sales packages and filings.
Overall responsibility to oversee the construction contracting, management and delivery program. This includes introduction and monitoring of the QAQC program.

Vice President of Construction - South East Region
Responsible for strategic implementation of all construction activities in the Southeast Region. This includes Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and The Village of Imagine both in Florida and the Snowshoe Resort in WV.
Oversee and participate in the design process and program for all Intrawest regional resort development projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with general contractors, sub trades and suppliers within the Southeast region.
Identify all general contractor candidates to be included in the preconstruction services program or bidding process.
Negotiate and execute all primary construction contracts.
Oversee all construction projects, schedules and quality of construction for the Southeast Region.
Oversee and Directors and Managers of Construction in the region.
Oversee the implementation of the QAQC program.
Oversee all dispute resolutions.
Director of Construction - Vancouver
Responsible for designated construction projects at Whistler/Blackcomb Ski Resort, The Village at Panorama Ski Resort and The Village at Sun Peaks Ski Resort all in British Columbia, Canada
Oversee resort based construction managers.
Provide cost estimates and value engineering throughout design development program.
Review design drawings to identify buildability or coordination issues.
Develop construction contracting strategy.
Coordinate bidding and contracting process with development team.
Provide construction schedules and updates on a regular basis.
Provide construction contract administration services to the development team including coordinating RFI and change order process management.
Over all responsibility for QAQC and turnover program.
