SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Development Feasibility Resort Design Due Diligence Project Management

Responsibilities at all stages of development of new HGVC timeshare resorts from feasibility through delivery. Work with internal department executives (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Construction) to validate assumptions to support new development. Analyze proformas prepared by finance team to validate financial feasibility for new projects. Work with project team and consultants to ensure project program fits budget, employing value engineering process when necessary. Serve as Owners Rep for HGVC, coordinating and monitoring project management/construction activities performed by Hilton Architecture and Construction group for as many as 5 major projects (total portfolio > $1.5 billion) under construction in HGVC key markets; Hawaii Las Vegas, Orlando and New York. Perform research in new markets to determine viability of entering with timeshare projects.

Streamlined payment process for project costs reducing processing time by up to 30%.
