In 1994, led the executive team in the sale of Schilling to GEC Alsthom and remained as CFO until 1998.

Joined A-1 Door & Building Solutions (A-1 Door) in 1999 as CFO, a new position for this rapidly growing manufacturer/distributor of pre-hung doors and millwork to residential homebuilders. Transitioned to Vice-President of Administration in 2004, to expand impact on core operations of the Company with a focus on process improvements aimed at higher margins, operating efficiencies and increased profitability.
