GENERAL OVERIEW Mr. DelHomme specializes in Mechanical issues. He has over 35 years experience in the Mechanical Construction Industry, including 14 years in Mechanical Contracting and 22 years as a Mechanical Construction Consultant. Mr. DelHomme, while in the Mechanical Contracting Industry worked his way up from an Assistant Project Manager to VP of a $45,000,000 firm with P & L responsibility. As a Consultant, Mr. DelHomme has represented Contractors (General, mechanical and Electrical), Owners, Public Agencies and Government Agencies (GSA).
Mr. DelHomme has been qualified as an Expert Witness and testified in the areas of (pertaining to Mechanical Issues) Damage Analysis, Schedule Delays, Generally Accepted Construction Practices, Estimating, Means and Methods and Construction Job Cost Systems.
Mr. DelHommes experience includes State and Federal Prisons, Large Industrial Complexes, Hospitals, Central Boiler/Chiller Plants, Convention Centers, Nuclear Power Plants, etc.
