Duties: In all positions held with Centex Homes I have managed personnel, implemented
systems and processes to lower warranty costs, lower direct costs, and improve customer
satisfaction. Developed and trained team to manage & complete over 4,000 homes within
the last three years with assets in excess of $5.2 million. Managed & controlled
overhead cost within division while improving margins. Developed and built highly
successful team of (60+) professionals. Set priorities for vendors, customers and
employees to ensure a quality product was built with 100% customer satisfaction.
Managed and maintain warranty department that serviced over 10,000 homes currently
under warranty. Sent out bid packages for upcoming projects, reviewed all bids for
compliance and awarded contracts for total quality bids, negotiated any and all payment
terms, price changes and rework cost. Developed outstanding interpersonal skills
to ensure the goals of company and customers, both internal and external were met.
Created in-line inspection model used by field staff to reduce construction rework
and ensure vendor compliance resulting in reducing construction cycle time and lowering
cost for Centex and vendors. Conducted reviews and inspections of all field sites
to verify requirements were being met, as well as established a reward and recognition

city building permits. Was responsible for all federal EPA storm water compliance

officer to manage the procurement and delivery of special equipment from stateside
distributors and manufacturers to overseas project site. Assigned responsibility
for quality control on two projects to include water distribution site and construction
of a large multi-use facility for the military base. Met with contractors, vendors
and their employees to ensure all operations were preformed on-time and within budget.
Preformed safety and quality control inspections on-site daily. Worked with Corps
of Engineers.
