Expedited critical stone deliveries from all over the world
Worked closely with Wynn Director of Engineering and TestMarc Consulting to ensure all start-up and commissioning issues were properly addressed by Marnell-Corrao and subcontractors prior to hotel opening
Oversaw final phase of general construction, high-end retail and restaurant finish out, Clubhouse and Spa finish out, FF&E installation, obtained all Clarke County sign-offs and Certificates of Occupancy, accommodated all crucial employee training

Westin Kierland Resort and Spa Managed planning, operator interface, design, budgeting, consultant and contractor team selection, governmental coordination, shell construction, finish out, FF&E and hotel start-up/opening for the $180 million, 735-room Westin Resort Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. Project opened on time in November 2002 under budget and constructed in 23 months
Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort - Managed planning, operator interface, design, budgeting, consultant and contractor team selection, governmental coordination, shell construction, finish out, FF&E and hotel start-up/opening of the $140 million,500-room Hyatt resort hotel which opened in December 1999, constructed in 14 months, under budget and ahead of schedule
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad - $20 million, 140,000-f, marketing center and office building at the Network Operations Center in Fort Worth, TX. Owner Representative for BNSF Railroad. Managed design, budgeting, shell and finish out construction coordination with Austin Commercial as the general contractor
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort - $80 million, 500-room resort hotel in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities included shell construction, public space finish out, food service, laundry and major systems coordination. Completed in February of 1993, under budget and ahead of schedule
