I am seasoned corporate professional for 20 years and willing to relocate to almost any state or Latin American country for the right position that utilizes my strengths and abilities. If I may, please allow me to briefly demonstrate the statements just made using three of my accolades. I was hired as a vice president over processing and re-marketing foreclosures by a medium sized national mortgage banking firm. I designed, formatted, and implemented a unique marketing strategy, different than anyone had used before and sold myself, with my plan to the chairman. I used the same people and offices, but re-structured the whole process, even requiring some significant changes to the applicable contracts to facilitate the new process. The result was that we re-marketed 476 foreclosures in 33 months, more than tripled the previous output using a few less people, and dramatically reduced loan losses well beyond all expectations. Many problems were solved, employees were enthusiastic and motivated, stress levels decreased, and the boardroom was exuberant.

From this experience I moved on to establish my own business. Over the next 7 years I came to own 4 manufactured housing dealerships and vertically integrated them with an in house mortgage broker company, set up and transport, and service department. The business operated very successfully indeed until the crash of the industry in 2000. The actual numbers at peak performance were slightly in excess of 250 homes a year for three consecutive years at dealerships half the size of my competition and a $50,000 per month net income average. I used that money to fuel real estate developments and turned that 1.8 million dollar income into well over 5 million in assets in the same 36 months.

The financial department later became Global Trust Financial Corporation. I similarly designed Global Trust using departments to create an internal reality that was a synergistic format of separately and publically licensed divisions; a real estate developer, real estate marketing and sales agency, and consumer mortgage and commercial loan broker. As a marketing effort, I established myself as a keynote speaker in regular seminars, was frequent guest on radio talk shows, and utilized various other marketing efforts that enabled me to attract private investors, develop financial resources for real estate developments, market housing, and provide the consumer mortgages all under one roof and more importantly, under my personal management. This led into building, managing, and re-structuring real estate portfolios for private investors for wealth building and short term financial profits and fueled the seminars and public appearances.

The design format of the company was to supply and market real estate for my clients and to overcome the obstacles presented in trying to supply and market real estate while using the services of the various outside companies necessary to accomplish the whole process from start to finish. It was a constant frustration and hindrance to annual totals until I became those companies. The vertical integration of these departments gave me control over time and production of the market services that determined our success. I personally recruited and developed investors through seminars and other methods, provided financial solutions for investors, clients, and projects, made project selections, formulated financial and development strategies, and made executive-level decisions that affect them and still was able to manage residential development projects of considerable size.

Further, as a professional commercial loan broker, I can generate vast amounts of funding for virtually any purpose from any lending market including the global financial centers around the world, and I know and understand the mechanics of the loan products well enough to structure the project to fit the loan product instead of wasting valuable time and resources trying to find a loan product to fit a project. The knowledge of the purposes for which loans are available and the specific nuances of how the loan products are designed to work and what they are designed to avoid can open many new doors in developing new business, new business and financial solutions, and facilitate larger and even new income streams. With these skills and as a real estate developer and portfolio builder, I can create and invest surplus money safely and quite effectively design portfolios to produce large short term profits, long term sustained income to build wealth, assets, and increase borrowing power and stability in the financial marketplace.

Finally, I am thoroughly knowledgeable in virtually all of the legal asset protection and risk management methods commonly practiced in off shore incorporation and banking, which also gives the strongest measure of legitimate taxation control available to any company, thus providing additional income savings and even additional earnings from global markets and global marketing.

I maintained the mortgage division of The Housing Mall created in 1996, converted my operation to residential real estate in 2000, and continued officially as Global Trust Financial from March of 2002. I also vertically integrated it to create the internal reality of separately licensed divisions in a synergistic format of a commercial and residential mortgage broker, and real estate development company, and real estate marketing and sales agency. This synergistic internal reality was an innovative design that afforded me a unique posture in my field by vertically integrating these departments to give me control of the four major factors that determined our success in the marketplace. I began offering commercial and residential financial services for private investors, specializing in investor finance for real estate developments, which quickly evolved into private real estate portfolio development, portfolio restructuring, and management for people with currently existing real estate holdings. By repeated and regular invitation I began to build a public speaking platform as a keynote speaker and guest speaker many times at various real estate associations, and regular private seminars. I was also a regular guest on three different radio talk shows under the brand name of The Ultimate Strategist. I began holding regular seminars with boot camps and work shops on several different subjects to teach real estate investors how to strategize client investments and maximize profit margins, annual sales, and ultimately their annual earnings. I soon developed a following of private real estate portfolio holders and investors as clients.
