June 92 June 94 - DIA Construction Inspector / Asst. Contract Administrator, City & County of Denver (A.P.T.S.) Construction Inspector on several projects at Denver International Airport relating to aircraft rescue & firefighting facilities. Responsibilities included continuous field inspections to monitor compliance with scopes of work and project specifications, as well as preparation of daily progress and quality control reports. Asst Contract Administrator duties called for As-Built documentation, handling Contractors Request for Information, Change Requests and Change Orders, as well as contract close-out procedures, which required auditing all related documentation.
