I am an executive with a degree in construction management and core competency in the direction of planning, engineering, design, land development and building construction. I have extensive experience in community development with over 20 years experience. Over ten years experiince as an owners representative and equal sum as a general Contractor. I have held positions in all the functional areas related to residential real estate development.
* Proven experience in the management of construction operations in the Southeast that includes planning and design coordination and value engineering, entitlements, permitting, land development and construction management.
* Degree in construction management from the College of Architecture of Clemson University allows me to work well with planners, architects, engineers, contractors, building departments, zoning boards, and state permitting agencies.
* Experince in the management of construction contracts in excess of $700 million dollars and staffs from 3 to 80.
*Delivered in excess of $700 million dollars of residential and commercial construction as well as $100 million dollars of project or large scale community land development including over 3,000 multifamily units.
* Previous positions with Profit and loss responsibility. * Management skills with budget preparation, estimating, bidding and contract preparation and adminstration.
* Direction of residential sales and marketing.
* Project acquisition due diligence for multiple planned unit developments in excess of 1000 acres and rental communities from 200 to 400 units.
