As the Executive Project Manager for The Spanish Peaks Club, a 3,500 acre private resort and residential community, I am responsible for implementing the development and overall construction management for several structures on the site including the clubhouse on the resorts Tom Weiskopf golf course, its adjacent privately owned, high-end residences as well as $80 million worth of town homes overlooking the developments main lodge. As such, I have direct experience with the Clubs restoration of wetlands while conceptualizing and creating fisheries in this highly sensitive alpine environment. Through precise coordination with an international firm specializing in architectural and environmental design, I have ensured appropriate landscape and tie-in design to the existing alpine environment.
