ACHIEVEMENTS :
Developed key Management software for facilities operations. 11 lakh sft at transition were carried out at different locations from projects to operational site Budgets forecasting and planning for the site, execution of the same smoothly as per the plan Preparation of RFP and SLA for the vendor identification and managing him. Risk assessment and risk mitigation CEM and statutory compliance audits. Fail Proof Mechanism was Introduced in Ameteep Friction Screw Presses to eliminate Accidents due to Power failures by Modifying the Electrical and pneumatic circuit (EVL) Modified the Heating Coil to increase the life by 50% and to reduce the maintenance down time (TIDC) Modified the Oil agitation in quench tanks in hardening furnaces for proper agitation, to reduce the oil loses in process and to reduce the break downs and rejection. With this rejection has been brought down to 0.2% from 2.5% and break downs brought down to nil from 3.5% (TIDC) Introduced the Thyrister power pack in hardening furnaces to increase the hardening furnace element life by 40% (TIDC)
