INTERNATIONAL BUILDING PROJECTS WORKED ON (to compliment CV) The Abraj Al Bait project (600m tall skyscraper) was the worlds largest building by area (1.45m sqm) and I was in charge of 7 floors of Mega Shopping Mall in that project (which was operational when I was working there). Other properties consisted of residential compounds, office blocks and shopping centres in Saudi and projects in Egypt, where I was in charge of facilities. Egyptian operations were carried under PMDC-Egypt, a joint venture company with Amer Group of Egypt. Abraj Al Bait project was about the largest project I have worked on with -final- finished construction value (inc future developments) of about 5 billion US Dollars. It was constructed by Saudi Binladin Group, the parent company of PMDC (where I was Head of Property Management Department) The value of finished and under construction Egyptian projects (owned by Amer group and facilitated by PMDC-Egypt) probably be around 300+m US Dollars with wholly owned-operated PMDC properties around 100+m US Dollars. Adding the Abraj Al Bait portion of PMDC projects that was under my management, the value of properties would be over Billion US Dollars.
