Site Foreman/Diver, USACE - Huntington, Ohio River Locks & Dam Willow, Racine, and Belleville, Ohio. Underwater recovery/removal of debris from locks and dams. Refurbishment of concrete and steel structures including lock head walls, rotating bridges, bearing, pins, etc. Demolition and limited removal of structural elements as part of refurbishments. Core drilling under Ohio River to install communication lines.

Site Foreman, Miami Valley Skeet Club, Springboro, Ohio. Site foreman responsible for hourly work force at the site. The site was heavily impacted by RCRA heavy metals and PAHs. Sampled soil for remediation completeness and closure resulting from the investigation and remedial strategy which resulted in disposal cost savings of $750k by stabilizing materials that exhibited RCRA hazardous characteristics in-situ and rendering it non-hazardous. Over 45,000 tons of non-hazardous material was removed from the site.

Site Foreman, Colerain High School, Colerain, Ohio. Responsible for field management of owned labor forces during the infrastructure installation, set-up and installation of Field Turf synthetic playing surface at Colerain High School Football Stadium.

Site Foreman, Rock Hill High School, Ironton, Ohio. Responsible for field management of owned labor forces during the infrastructure installation, set-up and installation of Field Turf synthetic playing surface at Rock Hill High School Stadium.

Site Foreman, Greens of Bunnel Hill, Springboro, Ohio. Supervised the construction of site development and residential developments. Responsibilities included supervising union and non-union forces for all utility and infrastructure installation.
Site Construction Manager/Superintendent, Pittsburgh Air Force Reserve/Air National Guard, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Supervised the construction of $12MM, 250,000 SF of Commercial/Light Industrial space consisting of 3 structures and warehouses for use at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Project Engineer, USACE Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, Virginia. Oversee selection, installation and placement of 5,000,000 tons of rip rap and gabion baskets. Oversight included daily management of field staff and equipment supervision including derrick crane, sheet & H pile drivers. Responsible for oversight of underwater construction operations including caissons, pilings and core drilling.

Foreman, Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio. Raker beam foreman for columns, pad and beam cement construction at Cincinnatis Paul Brown Stadium.

Foreman, Nationwide Arena, Schottenstein Arena, Columbus International Airport, Southerly Floodwall USACE, Ohio State Football Stadium, Delaware Water Treatment Plant, Southerly Water Treatment Plant, Columbus, Ohio. Raker beam foreman for columns, spread footings, pads, concrete beaming, helix wrap around, concrete and metal stairs, elevator shafts, various concrete gang form systems


Equipment Operator, Virginia Beach Causeway Expansion, USACE Hampton Roads, Virginia. Causeway expansion installed 54 culvert along the beach line to address excess water issues. Tied to force main lift station as part of the project. Operated CAT 345 excavator for duration of the project.

EOD Technician/Diver, US Navy Antalya, Turkey. Underwater demolition/detonation of concrete pier pilings at Port of Antalya, Turkey. Slip form caisson installation for new construction was part of this project.

Supervisor, US Navy Suez Canal, Egypt. During dredging and shipwreck removal on the Suez Canal, supervised underwater cable removal, re-installation, removal and demolition of damaged ship in commercial waterway.

Oiler/Equipment Operator, ODNR/USACE, Hocking River Dredging, Ohio. Provided support to dredging operations on the Hocking River after natural disaster relief operations, including clam-shell and drag line operations of sediment removal.
