Career Objective:
To be a valued and involved member with a Developer/General Contractor. Im energetic, enthusiastic and exacting. A real worker, no excuses, get it done right the first time. Over the past several years I have been working on short term contracts, usually a year in duration. I am now looking for a long-term permanent position.

Overview:
In my 27 years of construction experience I have estimated and built projects to 37 million. Projects include high rise, mid rise and low rise both commercial and residential. Big box (Lowes and Home Depot) tilt-wall, warehouses , steel buildings. Retail, complete buildings and renovations , leasehold and tenant improvements, interior and detailed millwork. Design build, fixed price projects, hard bid, government contracts for jails , courthouses , aircraft hangers, truck terminals, schools. Hospitals medical office buildings, surgery and imaging centers, shopping malls, strip malls, restaurants, marinas, and custom houses.
