I am driven by "the big picture" to accomplish that which best serves corporate and client directives. I have succeeded by performing this service utilizing management & engineering leadership & a "whatever it takes" attitude utilizing skills, experience & team work or developing creative solutions & technology where none exist. I have enjoyed working most where I can take ownership of various challenges that have highest impact & executing to fruition and completion: Anything from the way the business operates to the way the machine produces, from how the client perceives success to the product perception for success.
