Evaluated Long Term Acute Care Hospital sites and identified regulatory constraints of each site including zoning, health department, building departments, fire and police. Surveyed existing facilities to assure ability to comply with company model, hospital design and JCAHO accreditation. Provided oversight of the design process, provided design recommendations, equipment specifications, review of life safety, critical systems to finishes and occupancy. Identified, interviewed and qualified potential General Contractors through RFQ/RFP process to contract. As owners representative facilitated and directed all activities.
RESULT: $100,000,000 expansion

Delegated, coached and managed project assignments of project managers, administrative and field staff according to experience and skill levels. I recruited and assigned personnel in keeping with tactical plan to increase revenue, market shares and overall presence in the targeted market. Improved training and assessed exhibited performance used in evaluation of staff. Audited monthly cost reports and required forecast of each project. Established accountability at each level for budgets, schedules and required documentation.
