Responsible for all purchasing activities for a Ryland Division building 400+ homes a year. Responsibilities included subcontractor hiring and development, material supply specification and purchasing, and all house and option costing and pricing, including an extensive design center upgrade offering.

Purchasing Manager (Mid-Atlantic Region)
March 1993 to January 1995
Responsible for material specification and purchasing for a Ryland Region building 3000+ homes a year. Responsibilities included negotiation and implementation of regional material supply contracts for all direct purchase materials in a 7 Division Ryland Region. Additional responsibilities included overseeing the furnishing of materials and the pricing of the option offering for 3 Regional design centers.

Construction Systems Analyst (Mid-Atlantic Region)
April 1992 to March 1993
Responsible for researching and documenting all of the various construction practices and procedures being utilized throughout the Region and then recommending and implementing the best demonstrated practice. Also responsible for overseeing the training of all sales and production personnel across the Region, regarding the newly implemented practices, procedures and material changes.
