This complex remodel project was completed on schedule and on budget due to utilization of value engineering. Project Manager also acted as community liaison with local vendors and sub-contractors, securing approximately $970,000.00 in gifts and donations.

Design and build additional 5000 square foot office facility. Planning, predevelopment and construction, owner initial needs assessment. Coordination of staff needs future day-care facility, church construction team, and interior furnishings. Project budget and final site/plan design, purchase of project review. Coordination of structural engineer review, Phase I environmental review, ALTA civil plan, city filings and agency representation. Traffic study, hazardous waste abatement plan. Supervision of plant equipment removal and sale. Review of critical path to completion. Scheduling of existing utilities and relocation. Quality control, coordination of owner responsibilities related to construction and civil engineering. Responsible for project budget/change orders and monthly draw review.
