Successfully estimating, bidding and executing large international military housing projects while sustaining projects in the US, sharpening leadership abilities and preparing skills for any challenge.

Collaborated with Regional Senior Vice President, consulting on problematic redevelopments that were challenged by issues impacting budgets, schedules and as well as personnel conflicts and mismanagement.
