Review bids for presentation to client and present job schedule and bid with Senior Team to potential clients. Responsible for the building and supervision of 10 jobs totaling upwards of $60M.
Established in house procedure for weekly review of every active project with project manager, assistant project manager and supers, including the review of project schedules, submittals reviews, RFIs, track long lead items, review change orders before presentation to clients, review of client and sub meeting minutes. Responsible for the billing and billing accuracy of each project, close out paperwork, including completion of punch lists and tracking DOB paperwork.
