Negotiating contracts totaling $5 million to $15 million for 12 projects in Nevada and Arizona. Researching and implement new products, new vendor partnerships and cost effective systems.
Negotiated GE contract for Nevadas first Solar Home Community within two months. Worked with City staff to ensure inspectors and planner understood the uniqueness of this community. Working with GE to ensure Nevada Power Company and the sub-contractors understood what was necessary to complete solar construction.
