Construction Management Supervisor. Provided construction management oversight and owner representation services for the San Diego City School District Prop MM program. Supervised a team of construction managers and DSA certified project inspectors, who oversaw at the programs peak, $1 million per day in new and modernization of K-12 public school projects. Scope included ADA and DSA compliance, technology upgrades, hazmat abatement, interior and exterior renovations, major new construction, sport facilities, stadium enhancements, food service and infrastructure improvements. Sea World, San Diego, California ($38 Million)
Show, ride and attraction project manager. Performed value engineering, design deliverable reviews and pre-construction services for 2004 expansion project. The new Sea World attraction included a German roller coaster, flume ride, one million gallon dolphin tank, life support systems, retail shops, food facilities and themed area development.


Naturascope, Loudun, France ($60 million)
Show, ride and attraction project manager. Provided design management and pre-construction services for a new edutainment park and conference center. Contracted to French Architect of Record for attraction design development, construction procurement strategy, phasing & scheduling, theme development, vendor selection and site coordination.


Wizard of Oz Resort, Desoto, Kansas ($861 million)
As senior project manager, was responsible for pre-construction management for facility, show, ride, themed attractions, hotels and resort facilities. Responsible for strategy and implementation of the design/build process. Oversaw domestic and European vendor selection and short-listing visits. Provided conceptual & schematic budgeting, phasing & scheduling, specifications and deliverables for all entertainment related scope of work. Provided construction staff loading and facility operations projections to owner.




Wonders of Wildlife Museum, Springfield, Missouri ($48 million)
Senior Project Manager. Responsible for the strategy and implementation of the design/build process and interior fit out of the museum. Worked with the A/E of record, Cambridge Seven Associates, in developing and delivering the interior exhibit design CD package. Pre-qualified, short-listed and selected all interior suppliers and finishers. Oversaw the design and implementation of >1 million gallons of salt and fresh water fish tanks, live animal enclosures, walk thru and interactive exhibits, dioramas, taxidermy displays, special effects and museum quality guest experiences.


LEGO A/S (LEGO Family Entertainment), USA/England/Denmark
($325 million)
Served as Project Executive, responsible for successfully completing the $175 million LEGOLAND California Park and the $150 million LEGOLAND England Park on time, on budget, to expected quality and with no claims. Set strategic direction for the time, quality and cost of all new facility, show, ride, attraction and themed environment requirements for LEGOLAND parks in the USA, England and Denmark. Responsible for providing the strategic overview for operations, maintenance, retail and new construction activity for existing LEGOLAND Parks in England and Denmark. Signatory to and directly responsible for all agreements, contracts and engagements of consultants, design services, suppliers, FF&E, construction and completion services of the new LEGOLAND Family Parks in the USA and England.


Euro Disney S.C.A. France ($100 million)
As Senior Project Manager for Show, Ride and Attractions, executed special projects for park, resort, operations and facility management services. Responsible for spare parts, guarantee issues, dispute resolution and claim settlements for theme park show, ride, attractions, hotel and resort facilities. Participated in theme park Show Quality Standards implementation and guest experience enhancements.










Euro Disney Theme Park and Resort (Disneyland Paris), France
($2.8 billion)
Served as Senior Project Manager for Show, Ride, Attractions and Specialty Features. Was one of only five France based personnel to be involved from inception to beyond opening day, handing over the project on time, within budget and to Disneys stringent quality standards. Provided European expertise in the identification, pre-qualification, selection, negotiation, engagement and management of key designers and suppliers for Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Resorts. Direct responsibility for more than $300 million of specialized procurement, installation and commissioning. Managed a staff of buyers, coordinators, expeditors, logistics, legal consul and site supervisors. Traveled extensively throughout Europe, USA and Asia.
