Projects development
-Automation: 1.Quote new VSD for chill water loop including new chill water pumps 2.Supervise installation of control devices to monitor and control all HVAC of the facilities using energy management software.
-Construction: 1.Installation Back Flow preventer for domestic water, fire sprinkler line, chill water loop, irrigation and pool system according to local codes 2.Opening of new facility (120 Thousand Sq2) for commercial usage, which included the verification of all Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection System, locking devices, Plumbing, Safety and Security System, Laundry Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, Masonry, Roofing and Pool according to contract stipulation and designs prior payment. 3.Renovation of two stories house which included structural, electrical, mechanical, flooring and pool 4.Renovation of 125 Thousand gallons pool, with faux rocks on the surrounding and the construction of a gazebo
-Electrical: 1. Design outdoor lighting system for a facility utilizing GNC light fixtures 2. Supervision of installation a back up generator at the facilities before hurricane passes by 3.Design and installation new wiring on the facility after modification of physical plant
-Fire Protection: 1. New addition of sprinkler lines after modification of physical plant 2.Installation new back flow preventer according to local codes 3.Addition new monitoring devices (Tamper switches and relays) for new AAON units and BFP 4.Supervision of installation new fire panel at the facility after irreparable damage done by electrical storms.
- HVAC: 1. Supervision of installation new 30 Ton AAON unit for a facility 2. Supervision of replacement 10 Ton RTU, including installation new gas line for heater.
-Plumbing: 1.Design 8 and 10 diameter supply line for domestic water using PVC pipes for a facility and 2 diameter supply line for fuel. 2.Design 4 diameter supply line for fire protection system for a facility, which includes the selection of Fire Hydrants, firefighting nozzles, cabinets, etc. 3.Selection, testing and installation of new shower heads for a facility to comply new Corporate standards.
-Structural: 1.Design pressure vessels and atmospheric tanks using API and ASME Codes 2.Design multiples steel structures utilizing the AISC 3.Supervise offices renovation on a facility which included new walls, relocation light fixtures and AC supply Operations:
-Design PM program for existing facility, determine labor and material expending and prepare operation budget for engineering department -Calculate operational cost for laundry facility (Energy, Labor, Chemicals, Equipment Depreciation, etc) and compare with outsiders. -Prepare Annual Budget for HVAC equipment while I was in charge of the maintenance.
