improvements. Participated in construction of another 200,000 sf. of retail, warehouse and

Multi-family - Constructed over 9,500 apartment units in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and
California.
Single family - Directly supervised the construction of moderate to custom single family
homes and town homes. Participated in the building of over 1,000 other single family/
townhomes
Renovation - Experienced in home improvement and historical remodeling. Was active in
ownership of small remodeling company.
Land Development - Successfully completed over 40 land development projects covering
over 700 acres, including installation of lakes, sanitary, storm, water systems, public and
private. Coordinated the installation of the underground power, gas, telephone and cable TV
systems. Have installed over 100 miles of paved roadways, public and private.
Military Housing PPV- In charge of projects in South Carolina and North Carolina for
major owner developer in the privatized area of military housing. Scope of work included
demolition, renovations, new housing and community centers.

Provided planning that included developer interaction, client relations, initial estimates, project
