Professional Experience Primarily a committed team member Neil has been frequently called upon to act independently; as a result Neil is well used to working with little or no supervision and enjoys doing so. A highly experienced, knowledgeable and motivated construction professional, he has led projects of varying scales ranging up to mega projects. He has been responsible for the administration and management of varying numbers of personnel, specialist suppliers and sub-contractors both on and off-site. This has included his providing motivation and leadership on time crucial projects and involvement in the development and control of design and quality assurance.
