Identified various properties, selected project consultants, performed due diligence, determined highest and best uses, sought and obtained all municipal and state approvals, then sold the following properties:

Planned, selected and directed the efforts of all project related professionals and provided a full range of Construction Management Services for projects built on difficult sites and included formation and operation of new Water Company to service the needs of the new community and part of the existing Township.
- Kings Estates, 500 Unit Townhouse Development in Warwick, NY - Kings Way, 150 Unit Garden Apartment Complex in Middletown, NY - Company was formed solely to develop the above referenced properties. Projects were completed.
PRESIDENT, OMNI CONSTRUCTION CORP., NY, NY 1985-1994 Operated CM/ GC firm. Directed all executive, management & administrative services. Commercial projects included:
- Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Medical facilities, Day Care Centers, Senior Centers, Schools & Churches. - Clients included Mitsubishi, Commodities Corporation, Bayshore Hospital, Catholic Diocese, and Municipalities. - Commercial Loft renovations and conversions to residential properties in New York City. -Construction of new high-end retail outlets and restaurants for Bally of Switzerland, Descamps, Fortunoffs, Alexanders, Unique Clothing, Tower Video, Payless Shoes. -Analyzed, evaluated and aided in the selection of sites throughout the United States for Bally of Switzerland and Descamps, Ltd. during aggressive expansion programs. - Company was closed due to lagging economy and better opportunity.
