- Direct Responsibility for all Regional Project Managers, Architects, Designers and support staff to ensure timely and cost effective store openings.
- Contracted and directed professionals on preconstruction of new $50,000,000, Corporate Headquarters

- Responsible for preparing capital budget and achieving long-range financial & operational goals.

Created and managed Real Estate Development / CM firm, developing and building multi-family residential and commercial projects in New Jersey. Identified various properties, selected project consultants, performed due diligence, determined highest and best uses, sought and obtained all municipal and state approvals, then sold the following properties:

- 13 story, 152 unit, 170,000 square foot, residential high-rise in Fort Lee, NJ
- 4 story, 101 unit assisted living facility in Clifton, NJ
- 8 story, 120 unit, multi-family mid-rise in Elizabeth, NJ
- 9 Story, 110,000 sq. ft office conversion and new 200-car parking garage addition.
- Company and all properties were sold to major developer

- Valuation Consulting on Real Estate Owned properties for Bank Leumi.
- Construction Resource Group became part of Whitehall Development.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, THE KINGS GROUP, NY 1994-1995
Managed development and construction operations of a multi-state residential development firm with responsibility for all administrative functions on multi-family residential projects that included formulation and successful control of company operating objectives, budget criteria and strategic economic goals. Planned, selected and directed the efforts of all project related professionals and provided a full range of Construction Management Services for projects built on difficult sites and included formation and operation of new Water Company to service the needs of the new community and part of the existing Township.

- Kings Estates, 500 Unit Townhouse Development in Warwick, NY
- Kings Way, 150 Unit Garden Apartment Complex in Middletown, NY
- Company was formed solely to develop the above referenced properties. Projects were completed.

PRESIDENT, OMNI CONSTRUCTION CORP., NY, NY 1985-1994
Operated CM/ GC firm. Directed all executive, management & administrative services. Commercial projects included:

- Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Medical facilities, Day Care Centers, Senior Centers, Schools & Churches.
- Clients included Mitsubishi, Commodities Corporation, Bayshore Hospital, Catholic Diocese, and Municipalities.
- Commercial Loft renovations and conversions to residential properties in New York City.
-Construction of new high-end retail outlets and restaurants for Bally of Switzerland, Descamps, Fortunoffs, Alexanders, Unique Clothing, Tower Video, Payless Shoes.
-Analyzed, evaluated and aided in the selection of sites throughout the United States for Bally of Switzerland and Descamps, Ltd. during aggressive expansion programs.
- Company was closed due to lagging economy and better opportunity.

Progressively assumed full Project Executive responsibility, including estimating, project
administration, management and close-out, leading to the successful completion of many
commercial and corporate projects including:

- 500,000 sq. ft. gut renovation of the Chrysler Building.
- 120 Citibank Branches in New York City
- 1000 room, 100 year old hotel/dormitory building renovated for Columbia University.
