Executive-in-charge of management services contract for $300 million land portfolio, responsible for conducting market analysis, obtaining/maintaining entitlements, strategic development planning for portfolio properties, and positioning them for sale and/or development.
Managed development and entitlements for various properties totaling over 1.6 million square feet.
Managed an initiative to re-zone various portfolio properties to allow commercial / retail uses in an effort to maximize the value of these assets. Negotiated and closed land sales contracts for individual pad sites totaling $1.8 million.
Successfully leveraged local experience and relationships to fast-track complex development approvals required for the sale of an under-performing asset. Sale freed up $11 million of capital for a major investment bank.
