* As Owner's VP in-charge successfully "jump started" a stalled 1,200M Capital Program; selected a project team; led the team through the process of scope definition, master planning, schematic design, estimating, value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, phasing, site logistics plans, FF&E identification, IT systems innovations and contracting.

* In role of CM Project Executive launched a $195M New Psychiatric Hospital Project in Washington, DC and a $134M Bio-Safety Level 3 laboratory for the Department of Homeland Security in Frederick, MD.

* As Project Director for Program Management firm, successfully launched $500+M program to develop a medical research campus, which included research laboratory, hotel, conference center, researcher housing and site work.

* As Transition Team Director led schedule recovery operation for a $580M hospital program that was seven months behind schedule to an on time completion; resulted in excellent owner reference and additional work.

* As CM Project Director mobilized project, established procedures, led on-site CM staff of 35 in construction of university replacement hospital, related facilities, infrastructure work under a CM Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract that involved 120+ subcontractors; completed on time, in budget and without any construction claims at completion.
