Currently working as Project Manager with Swiz Hewadwal JV at Kabul Afghanistan, responsible for managing Construction projects (Afghanistan National Police) for US Army Corps of Engineers, Afghanistan Engineering District ( AED).
Projects:
Construction (Designbuild) of National Police Headquarters buildings (25 Projects at Various locations) and Construction of Roads, all worth $70 Millions.
Responsibilities:
Integration of all pieces of projects into one cohesive whole in order to accomplish the project within or before the scheduled time frames, within budget and with minimum required resources.
To provide strategic planning to the organization on initiation and selection of projects.
To manage all phases of the project from the award of the contract through to eventual client acceptance; responsible for all aspects of design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Management of all project resources allocated to projects being managed including vendors and sub-contractors.
