Modified and repaired the existing ethylene cracking furnaces at four plants. Review drawings for constructability. Coordinate construction planning and scheduling with plant operations. Qualify local sub-contractors for bidding. Develop proposals for construction execution. Project was put on hold by Lyondell.

Ship docking and loading facilities. Responsible for quality of construction activities during project. Responsible for safe system completion turnover of the units to operations. Develop scopes of work for proposals and subcontracts.
