Professional Experience Ameristar Casinos Inc. 2005 - 2008 Las Vegas, NV Project Manager (Kansas City/St. Charles, MO) Managed the $70 million dollar floor by floor renovation of both the exterior and interior of an 11 story hotel while maintaining hotel operations on the remaining floors with minimal inconvenience to the guests. Oversaw an extensive $4 million dollar remodel of the hotel lobby in phases allowing for uninterrupted service. Directed numerous extensive restaurant projects with limited disruption to guests. Actively co-managed the successful delivery of a $265 million four star hotel, spa, and resort with multi-level above ground parking garage. Negotiated and processed change orders that resulted in a 30% reduction in submitted COs. Tracked FF&E deliveries and installation. Implemented the remodel of the Porte Cochere in St. Charles while maintaining traffic flow so as to minimize effect on guests.
Hogan Construction Inc.- 2000 2005 Rolla, MO Project Manager/Superintendent Operated independently from main office performing dual roles. Established project schedules and oversaw work assuring completion on a timely basis. Negotiated contracts and change orders with sub-contractors. Represented company in meetings with owners and architects/engineers. Maintained labor force.
Exxel Pacific Inc. Bellingham, WA 1998 - 2000 St. Louis, MO Project Manager/Superintendent Performed dual roles with minimal support from home office. Daily supervision of sub-contractor force resulting in on-time completion of projects. Responsible for representation of company in all meetings.

Kingston Electric, 1988-1992 - Increased sales by 150% via aggressive bid solicitation and managed subsidiary residential development company. Raleigh-Givens, 1986-1988 - Managed the construction of high end custom homes in excess of $1miliion dollars including site development.
