Instituted and coordinated regular site visits with Lender and its agent to ensure continued comfort, confidence and approval of development cost and schedule. Conducted feasibility analysis of the mid-priced prototype product determining the viability of aligning the corporate approach to market demand to develop for roll-out construction.
