Managed capital equipment planning and justification, and plant and equipment maintenance.

. Reduced overall maintenance budget from $2.5 million to $1.9 million, a twenty-four percent decrease.
. Reorganized and managed department resulting in improved planning to effectively reduce production downtime.
. Reduced outside manufacturing purchases and outside contractor costs $244,000.
