WORK HISTORY:

Present: D.M.H. Construction Services, Inc.

I have been in the construction industry for twenty five years, starting in the field and progressing my way to subcontractor, project manager, and General Contractor.
From 2000 to 2006 I worked as a project manager for a company in Alpharetta, GA, specializing in retail construction. From 2006 to present I have resided in Clearwater, FL and have had my own corporation, continuing retail construction.
Attached is a list of projects that I have completed over the past ten years. All projects I personally handled from bid/negotiate; buy out, budget, scheduling, build out, to close out.
SKILLS:

Computer and office skills are excellent. Have authored analytical spreadsheets as well as reports for corporations daily requirements
Scheduling, running, and pushing a project to meet deadlines and budgets is priority
I have ran several hundred projects in all malls in the southeast as well as other states, and have had many projects in south Florida where I established strong working relations with building departments
Very particular to the quality of workmanship as well as not deferring from brands specifications
Well versed at traveling and meeting several destinations per trip to cut expenses.


NOTES:
I know malls and I know retail construction
I came up in the retail trades and understand what it takes to realistically manage and build a store
No ego and am more than willing to access help as needed
Have great relations with masters of every trade and use their knowledge
Always looking for any opportunity to improve a brand through design or construction.
