Commercial:
Central forced air split systems from 2-tons to 5-tons to 80-tons incorporating gas fired, electric, hot and cold water loop designs, exhaust systems, economizers, and V.A.V. conventional and sophisticated automated microprocessor control system (ac and dc). Single and three phase power wiring up to 600 vac service and title 24 building calculations contracts.

Sole central and Southern California service representative for Espec Corporation (environmental Chamber mfg.) Sales installation and repairs to small and large hot water boilers, reciprocating chillers (200 tons and smaller), cooling towers, ammonia cooling systems, cold storage rooms, environmental test chambers and apparatus, compressor repairs / overhauls (open and semi-hermetic), refrigerant retrofits, mechanical system efficiency evaluations.
