As an independent contractor I had the capability to perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on various environmental test equipment manufactured by associated Bemco, Espec/Sexton, Ransco, Tenny, and Thermotron. These machines would utilize either single, cascade, or cryogenic refrigeration systems.
Specifically, I serviced or repaired submergence test machines, Temperature, Humidity, Vacuum, (altitude), Salt spray chambers, including walk-ins and various combinations of these machines.
Repaired and designed associated ancillary equipment; such as airflow cooling packaged and process chillers. I also have the knowledge to perform calibrations of various control systems inherit with these chambers.

Central Forced air and convention type systems incorporating gas fired, electric, heat pumps, solar of standard and high efficiency design. Experience with small tract work (20 homes and less) remodels, a/c add-ons, custom homes (10,000 sq. ft and less), extended warranty and service / p.m. contracts.
Commercial:
Central forced air split systems from 2-tons to 5-tons to 80-tons incorporating gas fired, electric, hot and cold water loop designs, exhaust systems, economizers, and V.A.V. conventional and sophisticated automated microprocessor control system (ac and dc). Single and three phase power wiring up to 600 vac service and title 24 building calculations contracts.
Industrial:
Sole central and Southern California service representative for Espec Corporation (environmental Chamber mfg.) Sales installation and repairs to small and large hot water boilers, reciprocating chillers (200 tons and smaller), cooling towers, ammonia cooling systems, cold storage rooms, environmental test chambers and apparatus, compressor repairs / overhauls (open and semi-hermetic), refrigerant retrofits, mechanical system efficiency evaluations.
Restaurant:
Repairs and replacement sales to ovens and stoves (convection, gas, electric), steam tables, fryers, mixers, exhaust systems / hoods, ice and ice cream machines, beverage dispensers, cocktail bars, wine coolers, deli and meat cases, reach-ins, walk-ins freezers / coolers, and vacuum freeze dryers.
