My 15 years of R.E. development, investment, & management experience allows me to manage engineers, architects, & all other project staff, ensuring that buildings are successfully completed on-time & on-budget, & with the highest level of professionalism. ENTREPRENEURIAL EXPERIENCE: 2004 - Present PRESIDENT, Colgate Homes. I administer a company that designs & constructs custom single-family luxury homes in St. Louis, MO. I am involved in every aspect of the development process: from site analysis & acquisition to estimating & loan approval to pre-construction work such as permits to construction & marketing. At the same time I remain the Senior Vice President at Kelley Real Estate, Inc.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE: 2002 - 2009 SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, Kelley Real Estate, Inc., a prestigious 43-year old firm that designs, develops, constructs, leases, & manages real estate in St. Louis, Chicago, Boston, & Phoenix. In 2009, I was the project executive on a $20 M bank headquarters that won the prestigious Keystone Award. I was also the project executive on the $30 M De LaSalle Middle School & the $14 M Guardian Angles Orphanage.
2002 VICE-PRESIDENT, SENIOR REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT, Kelley Real Estate. In 2002, I represented an individual whose real estate was being condemned by right of eminent domain by St. Louis International Airport. After consultation with my client, conducting market surveys, & performing financial analysis, I deliberated with court-appointed commissioners & through my negotiation skills I successfully raised the compensation paid to my client from $500,000 to $2,000,000, earning a commission of $120,000.
1997 - 2002 VICE-PRESIDENT, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, Kelley Real Estate. In 2001 I managed the design team of the eight-story 228,000 s.f. Edward Jones World Headquarters. The total project budget was $50 M.
