I am currently the Assistant Director of Engineering. I manage and operate at this five star resort which consist of 950 private villa accommodations. They range from two to three bedroom condo suites, there are four pools which contain club houses, and a professional golf course. I oversee the condition of these areas in addition to being responsible for staffing, training, supervising the staff, and hiring. In order to fulfill my responsibilities I must be conscious of the standard by which the facility must be kept, attend meetings in order to set up outlines of various aspects of the resort to see what needs to be done. I am responsible for meeting deadlines for projects as well as staying within budget while maintaining the property to its respectable condition for occupancy. I maintain a respectful attitude with my staff and always lead by example so they may follow in the same order. My staff understands they have daily task they must complete as well to understand the goals as a team in the department.

Facilities manager-Director of Engineering Econo lodge Hawaiian is the world's largest hotel in its chain, with 445 rooms, restaurant, and lounge and meeting rooms, 2 over size pool areas with pool bar.
Responsible for scheduling staff, training, and operating whiting budgeted parameters and completions dates. Hotel had a very minimal budget for hotel displacement of rooms revenues. At the time hotel was owned by Karena hotels and I assisted with 6 other hotels. Total P & L accountability
1986-1990 Hotel Royal Plaza. Lake Buena Vista
Assistant Director of engineering.
Royal Plaza Hotel is a 400 room facility, with banquet space to accommodate 600 guest. Hotel had a dinner theater, restaurants, and night club.
Responsible for scheduling staff, training, keeping up safety rules and preventive maintenance program. I was the onsite manager for our 3 million dollar renovation project.
