I participated on the development of a 20 story commercial office building and 6 story parking garage in Jersey City as the on site Construction Project Manager. The project required complete demolition and reconstruction of the Grove Street Station (PATH NJ/NY) and new retail stores in a densely populated urban area. During the base building construction I was directly responsible for coordinating and completing the site work, foundations, steel erection, M.E.P.s, fire suppression & 15 elevators for the project.
I have managed seven commercial properties being responsible for the management integration of newly acquired properties, project operating expense and income, capital improvements and construction and ultimately tenant satisfaction.
I currently manage the daily operations of a residential and commercial general contracting company.
