Lauderdale, FL Managed broad range of construction projects valued up to $35M for private, public and municipal clients of engineering consulting firm, including overseeing major renovation and infrastructure projects for Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport. Made critical decisions, resulting in project completion according to timelines, optimum resource management and minimum change orders. Served as liaison between customers and company, and interfaced with other engineering teams, contractors, management and regulatory agencies. Tracked project information and generated reports using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and used CADD for design. Performed schedule and cost analysis. Managed project administrative functions, including hiring / evaluating employees, completing invoicing and controlling documents.
