Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager Responsibilities Include:
Assignment and Supervision of project management and field personnel
Direct involvement in all preliminary magnitude estimates & budgets.
Project coordination of preliminary design and specifications through project closeout with owners, general contractor and subcontractors. Communication with all governmental, design consultants, inspection entities, third party, life safety and project entities involved.
Advise client of any foreseen slippage of progress and propose corrective actions.
Lead project team in design decisions and development of solutions
Ensure contractor compliance with its contractual obligations
Project bid process, significant means & methods analysis including coordination, subcontract prep & review and participation, change order review and reconciliation, scheduling, including adherence and development and value engineering process and procurement verification.
Provide Value Engineering solutions including cost/schedule implications involved between all parties.
Continuous client development and communication delivery. Attend all executive meetings, weekly project meetings and QC compliance meetings.
Daily coordination with clients departmental management personnel..
