Reporting to the Vice President of the Company, had full responsibilities for managing projects including estimating, Subcontract agreements, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, fabrication, change orders, billing, project financial reports and construction. In charge of managing the NOAA, National Ocean Service Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary at Kihei, Maui. Construction consisted of building a 7,500 SF suspended slab, shear wall design structure. Structural concrete, Structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities tie-in, landscaping and asphalt paving, etc; Project value $3.3 Million. This was a Government funded job, administered by the NAVFAC, Hi.
