Since the 1980s I have put in place more than $ 600 million of construction, incorporating more than 25 base buildings, of various types (residential, commercial, government), as well as tenant upfit work. All of the projects have made profits and none of the projects has been assessed any liquidated damages. My relationships with clients, designers and my fellow contractors are always solid, fair and balanced. My professional reputation in the Washington, D.C. market is reputable and well known. I get many requests for repeat business from clients, designers and the contracting community.

I have experience in wood framed projects, high rise concrete base buildings, high rise residential, hotel construction, dormitory and barracks construction, transit facilities, historic preservation and government projects. I have managed the construction of a LEED Gold office building and am currently overseeing the construction of a LEED Certified multi-family residential building

Arlington, VA
Over one million-SF, this project consisted of two 12 story towers which contain retail on the first floor, five floors of parking, with 9 floors of office facilities on upper floors. The towers share a common parking garage that extends 3 stories above grade and holds 914 parking spaces. Potomac Yard achieved a LEED Gold certification and is one of the homes of the Environmental Protection Agency. Construction 2004-2006. Construction Value: $ 90 million

EPA at Potomac Yards
Arlington, VA
Concurrent with the construction of Potomac Yard Land Bay A, our company built out this 360,000-SF, GSA space for the EPA at Potomac Yard Land Bay A; the entire South building and three floors of the North building. Construction 2005-2006. Tenant Construction Value: $22 million

US Supreme Court Annex
Washington, D.C..
This 42,000-SF renovation project for the United States Supreme Court consisted of an underground structure attached to the existing Supreme Court building. This project was part of the modernization of the facility. Construction 2003-2004. Construction Value: $8 million

Folger Library Bookvault Waterproofing Project
Washington, D.C.
Simultaneous with the U.S. Supreme Court project across the street, the Folger Library project involved removing existing waterproofing on an underground book-vault and replacing with new waterproofing while working around their historic collection of books and manuscripts. Construction 2003-2004. Construction Value: $3 million

Carlyle Crescent
Alexandria, VA
A 220,000SF Class A six-story office building with 150,000-SF of underground parking, located one block from the King Street Metro station was built for the international patent law firm of Oblon Spivak. Structural steel, curtain wall and brick veneer construction comprises this mirror image structure directly across from the Time Life building that DAVIS completed in 1997. Construction 2001-2003. Construction Value: $28 million.

Harkins Builders Incorporated Project Manager & Contracts Manager
Over $ 70 million of new construction and historic preservation projects in six years at Harkins, including a 102 unit wood framed apartment building, 2 renovations of historic apartment buildings, the renovatin of a 1929 office building in Washington, D.C, as well as new construction of 3 different community facilities. Worked on two Hope VI projects as well as a Bachelors Enlisted Quarters at Quantico Marine Base.

Buildings in this project range include from 2 to 5 levels; wood framing of approximately 3 million board feet. Housing for more than 700 students. Construction 1989-1991. Construction value $ 35.2 million





MARINA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, Alameda, CA. 82 residential units; wood frame construction. Construction 1987-1988. Construction value $ 9.9 million.






MARRIOTT COURTYARD, Larkspur, CA. 146 room, wood frame, 77,000 sf motel including full restaurant & kitchen. Construction 1986-1987. Construction value $ 5.2 million.







HIGH EXPLOSIVES APPLICATION FACILITY, Building 191, Phase 2, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, CA. Building shell; concrete foundations; structural steel. Construction 1986-1987. Construction value $ 5.3 million.





MARINA VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING #1,
Alameda; 4-story brick office building. Construction 1985-1986. Construction value $4.5 million.

MARINA VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING #2 , Marina Village, Alameda, CA. 3-Story tilt-up concrete construction. Construction 1987-1988. Construction value: $2 million.










A.C. TRANSIT, Hayward. New bus maintenance facility and transportation building. Includes Fuel Island Bldg. & Bus Wash - construction of 3-lane fueling facility with building and bus wash building to house two washers with canopy. Transportation Building - two story, 18,000 sf each floor, complete with hydraulic elevator, halon system, fire sprinklers, covered canopy-type walkway. Construction 1985-1986. Construction value: $ 9.6 million.
