Since the 1980s I have put in place more than $ 600 million of construction, incorporating more than 25 base buildings, of various types (residential, commercial, government), as well as tenant upfit work. All of the projects have made profits and none of the projects has been assessed any liquidated damages. My relationships with clients, designers and my fellow contractors are always solid, fair and balanced. My professional reputation in the Washington, D.C. market is reputable and well known. I have experience in wood framed projects, high rise concrete base buildings, high rise residential, hotel construction, dormitory and barracks construction, transit facilities, historic preservation and government projects. I have managed the construction of a LEED Gold office building and am currently overseeing the construction of a LEED Certified multi-family residential building

US Supreme Court Annex

This 42,000-SF renovation project for the United States Supreme Court consisted of an underground structure attached to the existing Supreme Court building. This project was part of the modernization of the facility. Construction 2003-2004. Construction Value: $8 million

Folger Library Bookvault Waterproofing Project
Washington, D.C.
Simultaneous with the U.S. Supreme Court project across the street, the Folger Library project involved removing existing waterproofing on an underground book-vault and replacing with new waterproofing while working around their historic collection of books and manuscripts. Construction 2003-2004. Construction Value: $3 million

Alexandria, VA
A 220,000SF Class A six-story office building with 150,000-SF of underground parking, located one block from the King Street Metro station was built for the international patent law firm of Oblon Spivak. Structural steel, curtain wall and brick veneer construction comprises this mirror image structure directly across from the Time Life building that DAVIS completed in 1997. Construction 2001-2003. Construction Value: $28 million.

Transportation Building - two story, 18,000 sf each floor, complete with hydraulic elevator, halon system, fire sprinklers, covered canopy-type walkway. Construction 1985-1986.
